After posting a picture of my very yummy Ben & Jerry’s ice cream in a waffle cone last night while enjoying Movie World’s White Christmas I got a heap of questions asking if it was any good.
The White Christmas event, not the ice cream. We all know the ice cream was AWESOME!
I had snapped a few pics of the night so I thought I would share and you can have sneak peek for yourself.
It was busy. Oh so busy! So it was hard to get great photos plus with the “snow” and “frost” around things got a little smoky for the parade. Forgive me for the less than my normal less then perfect pictures.
The majority of the park is open for the event which starts at 5:30pm and closes shortly after the Main Street Parade finishes, around 8:45pm/9pm.
The short time period was great for us as Ari can only go on a limited number of rides anyway. We got those done, ate some dinner and then had a walk around Main Street before securing a prime position for the parade.
We sat down in the gutter waiting AN HOUR before the parade started mind you. Dedicated!
Was it worth it? Hell yes! It was a little bit magic in amongst all that Christmas on crack!
White Christmas happens at Warner Bros. Movie World on select nights throughout December. Find out more detail from the Warner Bros. Movie World website. Discount tickets are available if you are a VIP Magic Pass holder, which we are. Tickets are selling out super fast I noticed so maybe could be something to remember for 2015 if you miss out this time.
P.S. Yes, our little Superman (that t-shirt has nearly grown legs! Must hide it in the laundry) enjoyed the show but don’t be like me and promise any Super Heroes to be there. The “bigger kid” characters didn’t make an appearance in the parade or around the park from what we saw.
This is NOT a sponsored post. Just sharing a fun night out.
