“There is a special place in hell for women who don’t help other women.”
Dr. Sash and I sit down to chat this episode with one simple message, look out for your sisters no matter who they are.
You are the product of your environment. If you hang out with three brilliant and kind women, you are usually the fourth and you all inspire each other’s actions. We discuss the nice gestures you can do for each other and what things you really shouldn’t.
Suddenly private lives are played out on social media and opinions are bandied around like clean undies. We know the saying about opinions… everybody has one but you don’t need to show it off. Especially if it is at another’s expense. Conversations can still happen in private and if you need to really vent, don’t put it in writing.
To head back to the classroom, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. It is pretty simple. Would you like to find a nice surprise in the mailbox? How about an insult online or in an overheard conversations?
Look after one another. Love thy sister.
How is your relationship with your girlfriends?
Did I really leave my bestie hanging?
What random acts of kindness do you like to do?

Who is Dr. Sash?
Dr. Sash is a clinical psychologist and blogger at From The Left Field. Lucky for me she is my regular guest and is on hand this series helping figure out all the junk that floats around in our heads. The do’s, don’ts, why’s and why not’s.
Think of her as your regular Dr. Phil. Only with hair. And a potty mouth. Minus the Texan Drawl, trophy wife, and multi-million dollar empire. So, nothing like Dr. Phil at all really…..
