They are your heart, wandering around outside of your body.
It is hard to watch you kids go through lifes challenges. That heart being pulled and squeezed all in the name of growing up can be so hard to watch.
I went out and asked some of the peeps in our facebook group what they would like to hear in an upcoming episode and Simone suggested this topic, “helping your kids make friends and when to step in”.
Boy, did this spark Dr Sash. One of her favourite discussions!
How should we be listening to our kids when they tell us about their day? What questions should you ask? And where is the point that marks it is time to step in?
When do we leap in or lay low with kids?
Who is Dr Sash?
Dr Sash is a clinical psychologist and blogger at From The Left Field. She will be on hand this series helping figure out all the junk that floats around in our heads. The do’s, don’ts, why’s and why not’s.
Hell yeah, it is cheap therapy!
