It is full swing Christmas here. FULL SWING, I tell you!
My shopping is 87% complete.
Our tree is up and house decorated.
Teacher’s gifts are underway and class ones will be complete soon.
Today I even started on rounding down my Christmas ham glaze options. I think it will be a lime and mustard this year but am holding out to see what they do Sunday night on the Woman’s Weekly Christmas Special. Not even joking!
Do you get into the Christmas spirit earlier than 1 December these days? It is a bit hard not to I think. With all the shitty goings on in the world, if Christmas isn’t a shitty thing for you (and I know it really is for some), why not start it early?!
- How cute is this freebie from Studio DIY? Tropical holiday gift wrap printable and if you have the equipment you can go large with your print.
- It’s Summer (ok, just about) and the drinks at my place flow I little more freely on warm days. I love these fancy drink stirrer ideas to dress up any bevvy.
- I found this post through Ellen’s last week. I can’t say I was blessed to find it but I was stoked too. 😉 The Merrymaker Sisters are little cherubs of good things. This Gratitude Lesson might be quite hard work for some but it isn’t until you start to change your words that you will see how powerful it can be.
- So I only just discovered that you can’t just “whip up” a loaf of sourdough! It’s like a whole process. I am kind of intrigued by the dedication and after reading this masterclass post I just might give it a crack… or perhaps just pass it onto a friend who is more likely to ACTUALLY give it a crack.
This week I posted a fun and inexpensive teacher’s gift idea including a free printable for you, and I also launched season 2 of The Mummy Soul Sessions Podcast talking to Dr Sash about how to break the stress cycle.
