Last week I shared with you a few apps that I love using in my day to day life.
On top of those I have a number that help me in my blogging life but you don’t need to be a blogger to love them too. You may be very familiar with some but hopefully there is one or two there that you can discover.
Here are my top apps for bloggers and others who have their nose attached to a screen.
WordSwag $4.99 for iPhone
I know I have talked about WordSwag here before and a lot of you may already use it but I just LOVE WordSwag. Cover shots done in a flash. Lots of different funky options. This app really is a winner for me and I find it super easy to work with.
So much fun with this one! Well fun if you love typography like I do.
Repost free for iPhone and Android
I use Repost to ahhh…repost onto Instagram. So easy to use again. You are able to repost with the original caption if you want to plus is also adds all the details to give credit to the original ‘grammer.
You are able to search for you repost image through your feed or pic you have liked which makes it so much easier to find images when you have just been down a massive rabbit hole.
The watermark credit is able to be adjusted to best fit and colour changed where needed.
InsTrack free for iPhone and Android
A firm favourite and must have for Instagrammers. This little gem keeps track of who is coming and going from your profile. It certainly helps to keep tabs on those pesky like for like people. Grrrr! They bother me.
I just have the free basic version which tells me enough. You can see your gained followers and lost followers so you can check out their profiles too.
Hootsuite free for iPhone and Android
Righto, I know I might be late on the bandwagon for Hootsuite but I am trying to be more involved in Twitter and as a time management thing Hootsuite allows me to do that… Ok, well start doing that.
The free version, which I use, allows you to connect 3 social media accounts/pages e.g. my personal Facebook and my Calm to Conniption page are classed as 2. You are able to pick and choose which accounts you would like to post to.
If you have a better social media management app please share with me. Pretty please. I am wondering if there is more out there.
Little Moments $2.49 for iPhone
As a blogger you may already be very familiar with this app but Little Moments is certainly not just for bloggers. You are able to create whimsical photos from your own handy work on your iPhone plus create lots of cute graphics.
Again, this app is so easy to use. I also love the daily prompt to get involved with Fat Mum Slim‘s Photo a Day fun.
I have also just been introduced to bitly for short links and lots for link help with tracking. I am thinking it is going to be a game changer. To think I call myself a blogger. Feeling very daft just discovering this one. Eeck!
What is your favourite app for techy/social media stuff? Please fill me in I think I need it.
