“Tilting” is a term I discovered not long ago and it allowed me to let go of a lot of stress that was weighing me down.
The idea that we must have all our plates spinning at one time is pretty much unachievable (unless you are a circus performer and can literally get all your plates spinning at one time).
The tilting mindset allows you to let a lot of that pressure go.
