Pack away your singlets, Winter is definitely here.
In Queensland, we went from Summer to Winter in three days which was the same amount of time it took for my skin to turn reptilian, my lips to become chapped and my hair to turn silky smooth!
The opportunity to wear jeans each day excites me, as does the prospect of bed socks around the house. It is only the beginning of June though. By mid-July I will be begging for Spring and the novelty would have certainly worn off.
That feeling of blah in the colder months can progress into something more serious. This week’s episode we chat about ways to brighten these cold days and how not to crack into the SADs.
Who is Dr Sash?
Dr. Sash is a clinical psychologist and blogger at From The Left Field. Lucky for me she is my regular guest and is on hand this series helping figure out all the junk that floats around in our heads. The do’s, don’ts, why’s and why not’s.
Hell yeah, it is cheap therapy!
