Indulging my love of probing into others lives, this episode of the Mummy Soul Sessions has me digging into Dr. Sash’s morning routines.
Do you enjoy knowing what goes on in other people’s homes and lives? Knowledge is power and I think being inspired by other’s routines and rituals can help you improve yours.
In saying that, you can take what you will from my morning routine… perhaps you are just as disorganised which makes you feel better about the chaos that is your morning too. It’s what I am here to do.
